Impressed with the Customer Service from Kempsey Toyota
Whilst on a recent holiday my car decided to give up the ghost placing me in the fortunate position of buying a new car.
Of the three new car dealerships in Kempsey the Toyota dealership had the widest range of stock and multiple vehicles in each class.
Each of the cars where clearly labelled with lots of information. Something that the other 2 dealerships could have done better to secure a purchase.
When we went inside the showroom we where greeted by the friendly helpful staff and where soon driving away in our new car.
I found the show room to be very clean and the chairs very comfortable. From what I briefly saw of the vehicle service area it looked clean and well stocked and the mechanics looked quite professional. I would fell comfortable taking my car there for regular servicing. Unfortunately we live very far away.
With the excitement of buying and driving a new car put aside, I found I was most impressed with the customer service focus the sales people at Kempsey Toyota had.
As we where on holidays we didn't have the paper work we needed and the staff helped us at great lengths.
When we picked up the car it was getting a final detail and looked fantastic. We received a thorough walk through of the operation of the car and it complicated sound system. There was a small blemish on the bonnet and arrangements where made for the repair to be carried out by a reputable repaired in our home town at no cost.
It was all too easy to buy a new car from Kempsey Toyota. Their attention to detail, friendly sales people, great deals and Toyotas outstanding record of reliable and efficient vehicles... kind of makes me feel sorry for the other guys.

FJ Cruiser Purchase Experience from Kempsey Toyota
We are so happy with our FJ Cruiser and choosing the Team at Kempsey Toyota was a great decision.
Every contact we have had with staff members has been most courteous, efficient and and at the right price. From the time the order was placed, they tracked our vehicle in the computer system, and gave us regular print outs so we knew where our FJ was in the production line.
This was most reassuring. The day we took delivery of the FJ we felt the staff were as excited as we were! Service has been exemplary with a courtesy vehicle left with us at home when our FJ is picked up.
The FJ Cruiser itself is a real beauty and often comes up in discussion with friends because of its unique design and capabilities. We are proud owners.
